Different from traditional fixed-size ceiling tile machines, this system allows free adjustment of tile length, width, and height, enabling manufacturers to produce various ceiling panel specifications with one production line.
The left and right profiles are formed by precision roll forming units, while the front and rear edges are processed by servo CNC bending systems, ensuring accurate dimensions, stable quality, and excellent appearance of finished ceiling tiles.
