Features

Our aluminum honeycomb panel production line is designed for manufacturing high-quality aluminum honeycomb sandwich panels widely used for ceiling systems, interior wall panels, partitions, and architectural decoration applications.

The complete production line integrates panel forming, automatic glue coating, honeycomb core assembly, and panel laminating processes, achieving efficient and stable production with reduced manual operation.

The aluminum sandwich panel is manufactured by combining aluminum face sheets with an aluminum honeycomb core, providing excellent properties including fire resistance, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, insect resistance, lightweight structure, and sound absorption performance.

The production line adopts a combination of roll forming technology and CNC bending technology. Two independent forming machines are used to produce the upper and lower aluminum panels. The left and right profiles are automatically formed by roll forming units, while the front and rear edges are processed by CNC bending systems to ensure accurate dimensions and consistent panel quality.

After forming, the panels are automatically coated with adhesive, followed by manual honeycomb core placement, automatic panel assembly, and final discharge. The finished panels require approximately 8 hours of cold pressing to ensure complete adhesive curing and strong bonding performance.

Production Process

   Decoiling — Leveling — Pre-Punching — Roll Forming — Auto Bending — Discharge

1. Aluminum Panel Forming System

The production line includes two forming machines for manufacturing the upper and lower aluminum sheets.

2. Automatic Glue Coating System

After forming, the aluminum panels are transferred to the automatic gluing section.
