Metal Wall Panel Production Line
Our Metal Wall Panel Production Line is designed for the high-speed, fully automatic production of large-format architectural metal wall panels for commercial buildings, subway stations, transportation hubs, shopping malls and other large public facilities.
The production line combines roll forming and servo-driven CNC bending technology to manufacture complex metal wall panel profiles with high precision and consistent quality. The left and right sides of the panel are formed by roll forming, while the front and rear sections are processed by servo-driven CNC bending units.
The CNC bending system can perform 1 to 3 bending operations, with the bending sequence and position freely programmable according to different panel designs.
The production line is designed for 1.0 mm metal sheet, approximately 0.0394 inch / 20 gauge, and supports adjustable panel dimensions. The panel width, length and profile height can be adjusted according to different project requirements.
